Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest eigenständig die Recherche zu Development-Projekten in allen Sektoren
- Du unterstützt in der Marktforschung und erstellst eigenständig Standort- und Marktanalysen
- Du erstellst Ankaufsvorlagen im Bereich Akquise für die Geschäftsführung
- Du unterstützt bei Ankaufskalkulationen und Mietergesprächen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du studierst Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienökonomie, Architektur, Stadt- und Regionalplanung oder Bauingenieurwesen
- Du hast bereits Praxiserfahrung und besitzt sichere Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
- Du bist neugierig und interessiert an der Projektentwicklung von Industrie- und Gewerbeimmobilien
- Du hast richtig Lust, in einem Startup zu arbeiten und eine Menge zu lernen
- Du besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen, bist kommunikationsstark und hast ein gewinnendes Auftreten
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und ergebnisorientiert, zudem denkst und handelst du unternehmerisch
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Can I send several applications at once?
The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found at Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
